DEALING WITH COMPLAINS IN GUIDELINES ICT


The issue of handling complaints is an important part of service delivery in GUIDELINES ICT.




A recent example is the contract with the government of Brazil, where we did not meet one of the first commitments and it was necessary legal advice to resolve this issue with our valued customer.


Only spent about three days for our customer department to solve the problem and send the request of our government customer.

The entire team is committed Guidelines ICT and which develop the work for this but if something is out of our hands we have a department that will solve customer problems immediately.
